Registration

Registration is required for all symposium participants and accompanying co-authors. Please do not send us your registration information by email.

Registration and accommodation must be done electronically via IMS Symposium Management System. After registering online, fees for registration must be paid in Euro (€) or TL via bank transfer.

Registration, accommodation and tour fees must be paid together totally. Registration is valid when the transfer of the total registration fee is completed.

Please indicate your paper ref. code in your messages and money transfers.

If a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to register per paper for the symposium by deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the Symposium Program.
Student fee is only valid for under graduates, master and PhD students.
Registration fee will include a conference dinner, tea coffee and cookies, proceedings, and the conference bag.

Accommodation Fees

There will be 4 days (26, 27, 28, 29th September) accommodation during symposium. Any other accommodation plans lesser than 4 days are invalid.
